advice candidate goes to: this-edition E explorer
Apply only where you meet the criteria, with the page that says what you would do, and publish the results
Before applying to a credit programme, check each criterion against your own age, funding and customer status, and apply only where they are met; do not dress a commercial product up as an open-source project to fit a programme that is not for it. Apply with the published page that describes what you would do with the credits, and offer the provider the result: the same tasks run on their product next to the others, measured rather than read, published with the gaps. Ask the questions the programme pages do not answer before relying on them (what the credits cover, when they expire, whether a monthly fee is paid from them).
Decided by. Nobody yet: a candidate for Dinis to read, comment on and decide (keep, rewrite, merge, cut, article first, later, not doing it).
Note. The billing article adds the method for writing to providers: principles first, one sentence as the ask, send the research already done ('a provider that can see the research already done tends to answer the question that was actually asked'), agents draft and the founder sends, and every answer recorded as an issue with its date.
