# The chapter map of the second edition

**What.** From the reviewer's records, the interview transcripts and `admin/content/map.json`, one row per chapter of the second edition: what it keeps, what it drops, the articles it draws on, the then-and-now box, the figure, the altitude. Including the two new parts: working with agents, and how the book was made.

**Done when.** Every chapter of the second edition has a row, and every 2018 file is accounted for (kept, rewritten, cut or merged) in one of them.
